From Session to Finished Portraits
Your experience with Graphique Fine Art Photography begins with a half-hour planning conference in which you will discuss your vision and photographic needs with Megan. You will have the opportunity to view Megan’s work and make decisions about backgrounds and clothing. This brief meeting is a critical step in ensuring that your photography session moves along quickly and nothing is overlooked. While we prefer to hold planning sessions in the studio, we are also willing to conduct them via telephone if that is more convenient.
Your actual photography session will last approximately one and half hours. Megan’s home studio is cheery and comfortable where all are encouraged to relax and have fun. Natural light and a specially selected backgrounds allow for versatility which compliments the coloring and clothing choice of our clients. Cherished portraits occur when our clients are happy and confident, so stiff poses and fake smiles are not required.
Your images will be available for in-studio viewing approximately ten days after your session. You will be treated to a slideshow of the best-of-the-best, and will be able to order your portraits at this time. There will be many images to review, and most viewing sessions last approximately 2 hours. Children are always welcome at our studio, but we have found that the ordering process is easier for you without distractions from small children.
Your final portraits will be ready approximately four to six weeks after you place your order. If you are working with specific deadlines, please keep this time frame in mind when booking your session.
